Do you ship outside of Belgium?
At the moment, we only ship within Belgium. If you’re interested in international shipping, please send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
Which shipping service do you use?
All our orders are shipped with bpost. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times within Belgium are usually 1–3 business days, depending on bpost’s schedule.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Currently, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Can I pick up my order in Gent?
Yes, we love our locals and you can choose to pick up locally at the checkout so you don't have to pay extra shipping costs at the end.
