At the moment, we only ship to Romania, Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands. If you’re interested in international shipping, please send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
All our orders are shipped with bpost. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way.
Delivery times within Belgium are usually 1–3 business days, depending on bpost’s schedule. Other countries can defer from 5-30 days business days.
Currently, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Yes, we love our locals and you can choose to pick up locally at the checkout so you don't have to pay extra shipping costs at the end.
